Therapy is a great tool to allow you to analyze your problems from another point of view. It enables self-knowledge and analysis of the difficulties you are facing, having contact with your weaknesses, difficulties, fears and afflictions. This look inside enables the work to overcome what imprisons you in the same way of acting. Psychotherapy is a moment of your own when you can talk without having any moral judgments.
Anyone can do a psychological follow-up, just want to have a moment, availability to think about what moves you, about your actions and questions, about the difficulties you are experiencing or have already experienced. To achieve a goal, you first need to know the current moment, and then draw up a plan of action, and this is what therapy can provide.
Gestalt therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach with an emphasis on self-responsibility, on the individual experience of the present moment (also called here and now), on the therapist and patient relationship. The goal of Gestalt therapy is for the individual to trust the creative process and himself, awakening more personal awareness. The individual is invited to actively make contact with his conflicts and blocks, always taking into account the environment and the social context in which he is inserted, however, in his time, he will realize that he can walk safely, solving his challenges, discovering a good form and quality of life, in short, obtaining their intra and interpersonal autonomy in the family and social context.
In life we go through situations, traumas and difficult moments that we do not have to face alone. Psychotherapy, in this sense, is always available as a resource that can help us. Through contact with our own emotions, psychotherapy facilitates and strengthens internal dialogue, contact with our most essential questions and positions and leads us to self-knowledge. Self-knowledge allows us to identify and regulate our feelings and the levels of reactions we can have from them, bringing more lightness and balance to interpersonal relationships. We begin to identify our skills more clearly and can be more resourceful in activities in which we had some blockage. Psychotherapy is always a benefit to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It brings us a necessary self-knowledge for our growth and our understanding of what we experience.
The Psychologist allows us to become aware of many thoughts, emotions and attitudes that we were not aware of. Through questions, prompts, exercises (depending on therapy) and speaking. With this, he contributes so that the subject organizes his own thoughts and realizes himself. It's not about getting advice from someone who doesn't know you, it's about learning to see your own problems from another perspective.
It works as a resource to improve emotional intelligence. She invites you to step out of your comfort zone and deal with your fears and difficulties. It allows you to go deeper into your fears and your repressed emotions, bringing them to the surface and starting to express them so that they no longer appear as a problem. For example, if you are afraid of being alone, therapy can help you share that fear and begin to deal with it in another way, with the help of a Psychologist. Therapy has become, for many people, a space where it is possible to explore their positive points and know their negative points, learning from both.
Often, conversations with loved ones, close people, friends or spouses can help. But the Psychologist is a person trained and prepared to observe you. He has no vices in his gaze, he has a neutral gaze, because he is someone outside your social life, who will see you without judgment or prejudice. This will make you reflect on your problems, making you listen to whatever it takes, so that, together, you discover a better path to personal growth.

A Gestalt-terapia é uma abordagem psicoterapêutica com ênfase na auto-responsabilidade, na experiência individual do momento atual (também chamada aqui e agora), na relação terapeuta e paciente. O objetivo da Gestalt-terapia é que o indivíduo confie no processo criativo e nele mesmo, despertando mais consciência pessoal. O indivíduo é convidado a fazer contato ativamente com seus conflitos e bloqueios, sempre levando em consideração o meio ambiente e o contexto social no qual está inserido, contudo, no seu tempo, perceberá que consegue caminhar com segurança, resolvendo seus desafios, descobrindo uma boa forma e uma qualidade de vida, em suma, obtendo sua autonomia intra e interpessoal no contexto familiar e social.
Na vida passamos por situações, traumas e momentos difíceis que não temos que enfrentar sozinhos. A psicoterapia, nesse sentido, está sempre disponível como um recurso que pode nos ajudar.

O autoconhecimento nos permite identificar e regular nossos sentimentos e os níveis de reações que podemos ter a partir deles, trazendo mais leveza e equilíbrio às relações interpessoais. O Psicólogo nos possibilita tomar consciência de muitos pensamentos, emoções e atitudes dos quais não tínhamos consciência, por meio de perguntas, instigamentos, conversas e exercícios (dependendo da terapia). Ele contribui para que o indivíduo organize seu pensamento e se realize. Não se trata de receber conselhos de alguém que não o conhece, mas de aprender a ver seus próprios problemas a partir de outra perspectiva.
Funciona como um recurso para melhorar a inteligência emocional, para lidar melhor com as próprias emoções. Ela o convida a sair de sua zona de conforto e lidar com seus medos e dificuldades. Permite que você se aprofunde em seus medos e emoções reprimidas, trazendo-os à superfície e começando a expressá-los de forma que não pareçam mais um problema. Por exemplo, se você tem medo de ficar sozinho, a terapia pode ajudá-lo a compartilhar esse medo e começar a lidar com ele de outra forma, com a ajuda de um psicólogo. A psicoterapia tornou-se, para muitas pessoas, um espaço onde é possível explorar seus pontos positivos e conhecer seus pontos negativos, aprendendo com ambos.
